Welding technology qualification

Our centre specialises in the development and implementation of qualified welding technologies to meet the requirements of welding quality systems in accordance with EN ISO 3834, as well as standards for steel structures EN 1090, water tube boilers EN 12952, pressure vessels EN 13445 and piping systems EN 13480.

The development and implementation of welding technology involves the selection of suitable welding consumables, the preparation of the WPS, the execution of the weld, the non-destructive and destructive testing of the finished joint to the applicable standards, and the issuance of the WPQR along with the approval of the tests and WPS by a notified body such as TÜV.

We provide full support: we manage the process from start to finish and the client receives the approved technology in the form of the WPQR.
