Implementation of welding and quality standards

Our offer

We offer the implementation and certification of an integrated system of standards (as a whole or individually):

• PN-EN ISO 3834: Quality requirements for welding of metallic materials
• PN-EN 1090: Execution of steel and aluminium structures
• PN-EN 15085: Railway applications. Welding of rolling stock and components

The implementation of the above standards is aimed at manufacturing plants producing steel and aluminium structures, railway vehicles or their components.

Our offer includes the implementation of the above mentioned quality standards in the company’s structures for the production of steel and aluminium structures, as well as the final certification by a notified body.

The work involved in the implementation of integrated systems consists of the introduction of:

• Documents describing the requirements of the relevant standards,
• Documents defining the requirements (specifications), i.e. product standards, requirements for materials or components used in production, requirements for the product at different stages of production,
• Documents containing recommendations and guidelines,
• Information documents: legal regulations, technological descriptions, technical documentation, organisational charts,
• Records confirming the functioning of the requirements of a specific standard(s), which serve as objective evidence of the actions taken or results achieved at all stages of production.

The introduction of the above-mentioned documents and records allows the company to fully prepare for certification under the specified standards and to obtain the relevant certificate confirming compliance with the required legal regulations.

The implementation of the standards is carried out by means of visits by qualified personnel to the plant, continuous direct contact and contact in electronic form.

This offer includes:

• Approximately 5-6 site visits,
• Ongoing direct contact and support, including by electronic means.

After the implementation of the standards in the plant, we also offer to carry out a certification audit, supervised by an authorised body, leading to the award of the certificate and qualifications in the relevant scope.
