Professional Welding Courses, Welding Certifications
We invite you to the “WELDER” Training Center in Gliwice, which has been operating since 2007. We offer professional welder courses covering all welding methods and welder exams in accordance with the EN ISO 9606 standard (welding qualifications), under the supervision of the UDT, TDT and TUV Welding Institute. Additionally, we carry out tests and training for welders from both Poland and abroad. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with our comprehensive offer.
Our center provides training in the following welding methods:
– 311 – gas welding
– 111 – manual welding with a covered electrode (MMA)
– 131 – semi-automatic welding in an inert gas shield (MIG) – MIG welder course
– 135 – semi-automatic welding in an active gas shield (MAG) – MAG welder course
– 136 – welding with flux cored wires (FCAW)
– 138 – welding with flux cored wire with a metal core
– 141 – welding with a non-consumable electrode in an inert gas shield (TIG)
The current standard for examining steel welders EN ISO 9606-1 and machine operators PN-EN ISO 14732 specifies the validity of qualifications for 3 years, while the standard for examining aluminium welders EN ISO 9606-2 for two years. After this period, in order to continue to perform welding work, you must undergo verification of qualifications (renewal of welder’s qualifications). To do this, all you need to do is report to our centre, weld a sample and after a positive assessment of the joint, each interested person’s qualifications will be extended or new ones will be issued.
